- ROB SMITH Added 22/01/2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely the worst customer service experience. These are expensive, imported tiles and the manager/salesperson in the store lacked basic knowledge and expertise. We were sold the wrong sized tile for the space, as 2 contractors later pointed out. There were delivery issues with broken tiles and they refused to even share responsibility. First the store manager and then ultimately the owner treated us poorly. When you make a choice to spend a premium price, an expectation of good customer service should be a minimum. Take your business where it will be appreciated and you'll be treated with respect.
